Kendall Porsche Audi Volkswagen of Alaska is looking for a full-time Business Development Manager. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned dealerships in Alaska.
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic self-motivated, energetic Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be coordinating and controlling internet sales activities and actively engage in pricing negotiations. You will also train, motivate and assist in monitoring the sales staff. Follow-up with active internet prospects for developing sales, and with previous customers for referrals and future sales.
Ability to flourish in a fast paced, changing environment
Effective communication, this job entails you to speak with hundreds of customers on a daily basis.
Self-starter must be able to work independently and proactively to resolve customer issues.
Dependable; Candidate must be responsible, reliable and able to function as part of a team.
Develop, build and sustain great relationships with customers.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Experience in business or have a marketing, are not required but preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
