Kendall Auto has an opening for a full time Office Manager to oversee our Anchorage Toyota location. This position will require a minimum of 2-3 years experience in advanced accounting administration and is proficient in accounting programs including Excel and Quickbooks, has experience in reconciling financial statements. The position will include managing a team of staff and will need to be able to communicate positively and effectively. 

DUTIES/ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:
Supervise accounting office and perform accounting tasks.
Prioritize work flow for office staff
Supervise file organization, office equipment maintenance, supply purchasing and coordination of outside services.
Perform and supervise bookkeeping functions, A/R and A/P functions, GL entries, deposits and receipts.
Reconcile accounting schedules, make account adjustments and resolve credit issues.
Review finance contracts for proper submission.
Perform and supervise Payroll preparation and operations.
Maintain petty cash and check approval.
Other accounting functions and general office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
Office management experience is required
Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Quickbooks
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES USED:
Uses PCs and video display screens for most of work shift.
